If the very first modification of a (rich) text field is performed by content insertion of the Smart Insert feature, then this may not trigger for Polarion as a saveable change. Read-only fields are modifiable by the Smart Insert feature.

Since version 1.20.0, the UPPS!E extension installation package (.zip) has issues to be extracted on Windows system due to the file content exceeding the supported path length. Use 7-Zip to workaround that till a fix has been implemented.
